Covington "Covey" Johnston Jr., a graduate of the University of Mississippi, was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1974 and has practiced in Nashville and Franklin for more than 35 years. Mr. Johnston is admitted to practice in the courts of Tennessee, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He focuses mainly in criminal defense, bankruptcy and family law.
J. Timothy Street, a graduate of David Lipscomb University, has practiced in the Tennessee and Federal courts since 1992. He is a past president of the Williamson County Bar Association (2004-05), and is admitted to U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. His primary areas of practice are family law, bankruptcy, criminal defense and creditors' rights.
Daniel L. Wischhof earned his law degree from Vanderbilt in 1979, has participated in the Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard, and has chaired the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the Nashville Bar Association. Practicing across Middle Tennessee as well as in the Federal courts, his areas of focus include litigation, real estate, estate planning and probate, business law and bankruptcy.
